Lemon Cherry Gelato is the one people ask for by name. Crack the jar and sour citrus hits first, then fresh berries and a line of earthy pine underneath. On the inhale it is sweet, tangy lemon wrapped around rich cherry and berry. On the exhale it turns gassy, with a diesel finish that hangs on the tongue. The buds are dense and heavy with frost: deep purples, vibrant greens and fiery orange hairs under a thick coat of trichomes. Break one open and the lemon and cherry get louder. It is a 60% indica, 40% sativa hybrid bred from Sunset Sherbet and Girl Scout Cookies (GSC), with a third parent that growers still argue about. The effect comes in two parts. First a bright mental lift, talkative and euphoric. Then it settles into a heavy, soothing body calm that slows the evening down without knocking you flat. Good for unwinding at home, a film, music or a long dinner with friends.
