Does Green Vault grow its own cannabis?

Yes. Green Vault owns its farms and grows the cannabis sold as our flower and pre-rolls. We do not buy that flower from a wholesaler and resell it, which is how many cannabis shops stock their shelves.

Growing our own means we answer for the crop ourselves. If a strain is not up to standard, there is no supplier to point at, and that is how we want it. Quality and customer care come before profit, and the way to keep that promise is to control the product from the farm to your parcel.

What does organically grown mean at Green Vault?

It means our flower is grown organically on our own farms. It is a description of how we grow, not a certification: we do not claim to be certified organic, and there is no certification badge on this site.

• It does mean: our flower and pre-rolls come from our own farms, organically grown, and go straight to you.
• It does not mean: an organic certification, or any claim about products we do not grow ourselves.
• It does not cover: Bhang Bars, disposable vape pens, gummies, Soda Fuze or Zativa.

Every flower and pre-roll listing shows the strain type and price, plus a THC figure from the product data where we have one.

Which Green Vault products come from our farms?

Our flower and our pre-rolls. Everything else in the store sits outside the farm-direct claim, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise.

What does no middleman mean for the price?

It means the margin a wholesaler or reseller would normally take is not built into the price of our flower and pre-rolls. We pass that saving on to you instead of adding it to ours.

Why is there no walk-in Green Vault shop?

Because a shopfront is one more cost that ends up in the price. Green Vault is online only, with no walk-in store, counter or lounge, and keeping it that way is part of how we sell farm direct at a fair price.

Instead, the parcel comes to you. We deliver across Johannesburg, Gauteng and the rest of South Africa, to your door or a Courier Guy PUDO locker, usually in 1 to 3 working days when you order before 2pm. See weed delivery Johannesburg for timings.

How does Green Vault put customer care before profit?

By making it easy to reach a person, and by being clear about what we sell and what we do not. These are the ways to get help today:

• Support tickets: members can open a ticket from the account area, so the whole conversation stays in one place.
