Compliance and Responsible Use

Adults only

• Every visitor is asked to confirm they are 18 or older before entering the site.
• Membership and ordering are for adults aged 18 and over only.
• We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18, and we cancel orders and close accounts where we have reason to believe the customer is a minor.
• We do not direct our marketing at children.

Private, personal use

• Products are sold for the private, personal use of the adult member who orders them.
• Do not resell products or pass them to anyone under 18.
• Keep all products sealed, out of sight and out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not drive, ride or operate machinery after use.
• Do not use cannabis in public places or anywhere it is not allowed.

South African law

In 2018 the Constitutional Court ruled that adults may use, possess and grow cannabis in private for their own consumption. The Cannabis for Private Purposes Act was signed in 2024 to put that ruling into legislation, and comes into operation on a date still to be proclaimed. The ruling and the Act deal with private use, possession and cultivation by adults; they do not set up a licensed retail market for cannabis, and the law in this area is still developing.

No medical claims

Our products are not registered medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, speak to a doctor first.

How we sell

• Online only. There is no walk-in store and we do not arrange meet-ups.
• Payment is by card through a secure payment provider. We do not accept cash.
• Orders are sent sealed in plain, unbranded packaging by courier, to your door or a PUDO locker.
• Personal information is handled under POPIA, as set out in our privacy policy.
