Adults only

Green Vault is a members-only online store for adults aged 18 and over. By entering the site, joining or ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may cancel any order or close any account where we have reason to believe the customer is under 18.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Give us accurate contact and delivery details, and tell us if they change. You do not need an account to place an order.

Products and personal use

• Products are sold for private, personal use by adults. Do not resell them or supply them to anyone under 18.
• We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos are of the product type and natural products vary from batch to batch.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not sold to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
• Stock shown on the site can sell out. If we cannot supply something you paid for, we will contact you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand and are shown on each product page. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is by card through a secure payment provider; we do not accept cash and do not arrange meet-ups. An order is confirmed once payment has succeeded. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will offer you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery

We deliver across South Africa by courier, to your door or to a PUDO locker you choose. Orders paid before 2pm, are dispatched the same day and usually arrive in 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the courier, the destination and public holidays.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, or does not arrive, email orders@greenvault.co.za or use the contact form as soon as you can, with your order number. We will look into it and work with you to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Using the site

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it works.
• Do not submit reviews or messages that are false, abusive or infringe someone else's rights.
• The content, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Green Vault or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Your responsibility

Cannabis law in South Africa is still developing. You are responsible for knowing and following the law that applies to you. See our compliance and responsible use page. To the extent the law allows, Green Vault is not liable for loss that results from misuse of a product or from use that is against the law.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
